Secondary Markets Fund
The Film Musicians Secondary Markets Fund (fka the Theatrical and Television Motion Picture Special Payments Fund) collects residual wage payments on AFM covered motion pictures or Television Films as a result of the exhibition of those motion pictures (including television films) in ancillary markets such as DVD, videocassettes, pay TV, etc., and distributes those payments annually to the musicians who perform on those pictures.
The AFM & AFTRA Intellectual Property Rights Distribution Fund is a joint project of The American Federation of Musicians and The American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, established to collect and distribute various US statutory royalties as well as royalties from various foreign collectives.

Recording Special Payments Fund
The
Sound Recording Special Payments Fund (SRSPF) provides
one of the best benefits available to musicians under the collective
bargaining agreement between the American Federation of Musicians
(AFM) and the recording industry. The SRSPF website was
created to provide musicians with information and facts about
how the SRSPF works and to offer musicians an easy way to access
the details of their prior years distributions or tax reporting
and recording session statements.

Performers' Rights Society
L'ACTRA Performers' Rights Society (PRS) perçoit et distribue les redevances, droits d'auteur, droits de suite et tout autre droit de compensation ou rémunération qui sont dus aux membres et détenteurs de permis de l'Alliance des artistes canadiens du cinéma, de la télévision et de la radio (ACTRA) et autres entités qui oeuvrent au sein de l'industrie du spectacle ou du divertissement.

reproduction de vidéocassettes de musique ainsi que pour

Private Copying Collective
The Canadian Private Copying Collective (CPCC) is the non-profit agency charged with collecting and distributing private copying royalties. Established in 1999, CPCC is an umbrella organization that represents songwriters, recording artists, music publishers and record companies. These are the groups on whose behalf the royalties are collected. CPCC is not an arm of government. Enforcement of the private copying tariff and advocacy, including representing copyright holders before the Copyright Board, which decides the tariff, are other important functions of CPCC.
The
Board is an economic regulatory body empowered to establish, either
mandatorily or at the request of an interested party, the royalties
to be paid for the use of copyrighted works, when the administration
of such copyright is entrusted to a collective-administration
society. The Board also has the right to supervise agreements
between users and licensing bodies and issues licences when the
copyright owner cannot be located.
